Million Tomorrows is emerging as the result of the efforts of a number of activists in the area of San Pedro Bay, California. Concerns about shipping, trade and sustainable lifestyles and economies have prompted the forming of a coalition which will encourage a sustainable lifestyle through education and promoting activism in a number of forums, including the web and conferences.

This work flows, in part, from the efforts of the Sierra Club Angeles Chapter's Harbor Vision Task Force and Eco~Link. It includes activists from the Sierra Club, Eco~Link, California EarthCorps, the Earth Resource Foundation, Surfrider and others.
